CACFP claims your sponsor can defend.

CACFP FoodFlow is built for sponsoring organizations. Every center and family day care home you oversee records meal counts at the point of service, even with no Wi-Fi, and your claims arrive checked, reviewed and ready for the state.

Meal counts at the table

A mobile screen for classroom staff: tap who's here and who ate, by meal type. Works offline and syncs when the connection returns. Each service locks with a timestamp once recorded.

Edit checks before you claim

Block claiming, counts over capacity or attendance, unapproved meal types or times, lapsed enrollment or eligibility, and five-day reconciliation, flagged before a claim leaves your office.

One claim, every site

Each site's monthly claim rolls up to the sponsor. Admins review every flag, approve, and export a generic CSV or a Pennsylvania PEARS-ready summary.

Enrollment and eligibility

Enrollment and income eligibility forms with free, reduced or paid calculated from the guidelines, tier I / tier II for homes, and expiry tracking.

Menus that check themselves

A drag-and-drop monthly menu with live CACFP meal pattern checks for each site.

Monitoring built in

Monitors see only their assigned sites and record reviews whose head counts feed the reconciliation checks.

Your data, kept apart

Every record belongs to one sponsor and one site. Each request is checked on the server against the person's role: sponsor admin, monitor, site director or classroom staff. Household income and case numbers are encrypted at rest, and the activity log records who changed what and when.

Simple pricing

$25per active site
per month

One subscription for your sponsoring organization. Add or retire sites any time and billing follows automatically.

Every feature is included for every site: offline meal counts, enrollment and eligibility, menus, edit checks, claims and exports. Billed monthly through Stripe; cancel any time.
